Meet the Founder

Kris Koyias - Owner, KTK Painting, LLC

I grew up in Illinois in a family contracting business where hard work, honesty, patience, and doing things the right way were simply expected. After years on job sites learning the trades, I wanted to build something that carried those same values into every home. In 2016 I started KTK Painting, LLC with one clear idea, give homeowners careful prep, high-quality finishes, and personal attention from the owner on every project. I still walk each job, check the details, and stand by our motto, "The job is the boss." That means we do not rush, we do not cut corners, and we do not leave until I would be proud to call the work my own.

Core Values

Craftsmanship

We focus on prep, details, and clean lines so each paint job looks sharp and lasts.

Respect

We protect floors and furniture, keep a tidy site, and treat every home as if it were our own.

Accountability

The owner stays involved on every project so there is always someone responsible you can talk to.

Hard Work

We show up on time, stay focused, and keep at it until the job is truly complete.

Reliability

We honor schedules, communicate clearly, and finish projects so homeowners can plan with confidence.
