10 stars! In Jan 2024, Kris came out in the snow to provide me a bid. I wasn’t able to start painting until Apr 2025; however, he still honored the original bid. He advised me to apply primer on certain sides of the house due to the east-facing sun exposure & faded paint. As part of his process, he repaired all knot holes & vulnerable gaps between my cedar siding where woodpeckers were trying to gain access. He repaired several window sills where the wood had deteriorated from weather exposure; however, he never performed repairs for additional damage w/o getting my permission. He sent me photos w/ explanations in case I needed them for my homeowners insurance claim. 6 months later I asked him to come back out to seal a new hole the woodpeckers had started & he refused to let me pay him. KTK Painting uses brushes & rollers instead of spraying, which I really appreciated. Very reliable, excellent communication, high-quality workmanship & extremely reasonably priced. I highly recommend!

KTK painting is excellent. Best quote and best quality by Kris and company. He is old school and does brush and roller painting so the coverage is soooooooo much better and you don’t have to cover everything in your house like with spraying! He did the entire interior including baseboards and stairs. And my home looks like a “model” home now and it’s 24 years old. Thank you KTK Painting. I HIGHLY recommend KTK painting. Great job!
