We start by walking each room with you and pointing out what we see: nail pops, corner bead damage, stress cracks, old picture holes, pet and kid damage, past repairs that were never sanded flat, and stains that need to be sealed. Then we patch, tape, mud, and sand as needed so those flaws do not telegraph through your finish coat.

Our crew is experienced with both old and newer construction, so we match existing textures-orange peel, knockdown, or something in between-rather than leaving obvious "patch circles" on otherwise uniform walls. Stains and water spots are sealed with the right primer so they stay covered. Gaps along baseboards, trim, and door casings are caulked to tighten up lines and stop shadowed cracks from drawing the eye.

Surface preparation also includes proper cleaning and de-glossing of areas like bathrooms, kitchens, and handrail walls where residues or sheen can cause adhesion issues. We select primers based on the surface: new drywall, glossy paint, stained areas, or spots that have been heavily repaired all get what they need so finish coats go on evenly.
